Fadeout command in edit chains [SOLVED]
Hi -- I would like to trim silence from hundreds of MP3 files (using chains) and apply a fadeout to the end. I found the trimsilence plugin and it works great. But how can I accomplish the fadeout? It seems to default to the whole audio, but I want it to fade for the last few seconds. Thanks.

Re: Fadeout command in edit chains
Chains applied to files cannot specify the selection. Do you want to vote for that improvement?
I know of http://forum.audacityteam.org/viewtopic ... 96#p267196 which fades in a given selection length at the start and fades out the same selection length at the end by the same amount.
Perhaps Steve here will adapt that for you if he has time.
