Hi,
I would be greatful if someone could provide a solution to this question as its really puzzled me and I've tried to solve it for a long time. I'm using the version Audacity 2.1.0.
Every time I open the program. after first highlighting a portion of the track and pressing 'File' I see the export options. but as soon as I highlight another section of the track and and click 'file' again all the export options are "greyed out" and I can't click it anymore - I don't understand whats going wrong?

Many services stop working if you are in Pause instead of Stop.
