Puggle's "Help" works on Linux, so I've copied it to a pdf file for you.
The forum does not allow ".pdf" file extension, so i've added ".txt" which you will need to remove after downloading.

Also, on Linux, just closing Puggle leaves it running in the background with an icon in the task bar so that it can be reopened quickly. To close it completely, select "Exit" from the File menu. It will ask for confirmation, then exit.

Windows version works that way too. The other day I was able to exit via right-click on the pooch in the system tray, but today I don't seem to get to that point. When Puggle is running it's there whenever it's not on the taskbar (sort of uses the system tray for a doghouse). I can still exit via the file menu though. Either way, it asks for confirmation, and terminates without clearing itself from memory. If launched again, I get another copy in memory.

Thanks for the PDF. Is the manual part of the .exe file, or is the Windows download missing a file?

Linux doesn't use exe files, they are Windows executables.
The Linux version has a shell script to launch the application, and a bunch of .jar files. The help documents are in the main Puggle.jar file (they are html format).
