vst plugins aren't being added by audacity

Please state which version of Windows you are using,
and the exact three-section version number of Audacity from "Help menu > About Audacity".
Audacity 1.2.x and 1.3.x are obsolete and no longer supported. If you still have those versions, please upgrade at https://www.audacityteam.org/download/.

vst plugins aren't being added by audacity
hi there, when i try to add/remove plugins while i add it, the vst plugin doesn't load it just stays there in new plugin some plugins are like this where it won't add it to effect menu. here's one of them that i'm have problem with loading it in to the plugins: http://www.voxengo.com/product/overtonegeq/

Please you should know by now... tell us your version of Audacity (all three numbers, see the pink panel at the top of the page). 
http://www.voxengo.com/product/overtonegeq is recognised by Audacity 2.1.2 and 2.1.3-alpha. Be sure to install only the VST2 32-bit version of that plugin and only the VST2 32-bit versions of any other plugins you want. Audacity does not support VST3. Audacity does not support 64-bit plugins on Windows.

ooopsss sorry about me not tell you the version of audacity my mistake. the verions of audacity is : Audacity 2.1.2
