Audacity Forum

Howdy everyone. Im brand new to recording things and am working on doing some work for a show with a buddy of mine. Im getting this weird intermittent pop or crackle sound and was hoping you guys could help me identify it.
Im using a brand new Blue Snowball Ice

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like the problem I had but not as bad as mine. Read http://forum.audacityteam.org/viewtopic ... 46&t=89998 for ways to try fixing it.
