ReaPlugs VST bug in 2.1.2

and the exact three-section version number of Audacity from "Help menu > About Audacity".

ReaPlugs VST bug in 2.1.2
I installed the pre-release 2.1.2 and found a bug. ReaEQ either freezes or crashes when I try to do almost anything in it. I can load a saved setting,but I get a pop-up telling me that I'm loading a setting from a plugin into a standalone. It crashes as soon as I try to apply and no change happens to the track. I have not changed ReaEQ.
