Probably. I would be slicing off a lot of before and after to get the major downbeats to line up, but I think you can do it. For example, somewhere around 5 should loop with somewhere around 27.

Since this doesn't have to be surgically accurate, I got one to work by just duplicating the track and push the bottom one to the right with the Time Shift Tool (two sideways black arrows) until a major drum hit lines up (attach).

If you look at the audio in
spectrogram view you'll see repeating patterns which will suggest looping points.
