I have windows 7 and audacity 2.1.0.exe
I have adjusted the spectrogram to see good lines i believe
Is there a way to get a bunch of numbers for peak spectral points so
I can get a good guess at what are the frequencies in the music?

You could try the "Export" button http://manual.audacityteam.org/o/man/plot_spectrum.html
That will give you a text file containing all of the frequency information.
