in 2.1.0, '1' key allowed to play 1 second around cursor.
in 2.1.1, although key 1 is defined in the Key Bindings, pressing '1' does nothing.

Update: the bug appeared in the very first start of 2.1.1. After restarting, it seems to have gone.

It will reappear if you start a new session.
If the short cuts "1", "c" and so on do not work:
- Hit record
- stop after a short time
- hit Undo
This sets a flag that enables those special play commands.
