is there a way to have audacity automaticly seperating tracks during capturing?

No. During capture, Audacity records only*. Any processing or editing is done after the recording is completed.
* During recording you can create labels (http://manual.audacityteam.org/o/man/label_tracks.html) and you can adjust the gain / pan of other tracks that may be playing.
