You need to read the accompanying documentation for the plugin that tells you how to isolate the vocals. For example with "Extra Boy" you would choose the "Isolate Vocal" factory preset.

I have done this in the past in this forum, with other different issues and I think it was Steve or someone else, they were able to resolve it quickly and send me back the right values?
We can make no guarantee to be able to help you with third-party plugins, simply because we did not write those plugins.

By all means post a sample as per How to post an audio sample, but the best chance of us helping you is if you use "Vocal Reduction and Isolation" shipped with Audacity 2.1.1. That way, Robert J.H. who wrote that effect and who posts here may be able to help you.

You can begin just by choosing the "Isolate Vocals" action choice in that effect and see how close that gets you. If it does not get you close, run the "Analyze" option and tell us what that says.

There is no guarantee that any effect or plugin will rescue the voice as it was before mixing.
