Thanks for the report, but please, if you have a problem , post in the Windows board and tell us your version of Windows and Audacity. I moved your topic for you. This time we know you are on Audacity 2.1.0 because you now posted your log (thanks).

Unfortunately the four LADSPA-swh plugins that require the presence of libfftw3f-3.dll (Higher Quality Pitch Scaler, Impulse Convolver, Multiband EQ and Pitch Scaler) fail to open with an initialization error in Audacity 2.1.0. They work in Audacity 2.0.6 as long as you remember to include libfftw3f-3.dll with the plugins you want.

I created a bug report here http://bugzilla.audacityteam.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1023.

You can use the Sliding Time Scale / Pitch Shift that comes with Audacity instead. That is nothing to do with the two LADSPA pitch scale effects.

This should be fixed in the next 2.1.1 release of Audacity - the four LADSPA-swh plugins that depend on libfftw should then initialise properly.
