Getting rid of echo not caused by Audacity

Hello

I'm VERY rarely on this site as I translate and do subtitling but I'm not into audio at all.
But I've been asked to subtitle a video where there is really bad echo (feedback loop)
So this echo is not caused by Audacity but I was wondering if Audacity can take it out or reduce it in some way?
Thanks, thanks, thanks, thanks, thanks (it's that bad :D )

The short answer is no.
Number 1.

The Four Horsemen of Audio Recording (reliable, time-tested ways to kill your show)
-- 1. Echoes and room reverberation (Don't record the show in your mum's kitchen.)
-- 2. Overload and Clipping (Sound that's recorded too loud is permanently trashed.)
-- 3. Compression Damage (Never do production in MP3.)
-- 4. Background Sound (Don't leave the TV on in the next room.)
