Hi there... I'm using 2.0.2, and when I go to "file/export" there is no options to export ACC? Is there a 3rd pary plugin or something?

I think you may mean "AAC" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Advanced_Audio_Coding)
It is listed as:
M4A (AAC) Files (FFmpeg)

As in previous versions of Audacity, FFmpeg needs to be installed for AAC export: http://manual.audacityteam.org/o/man/fa ... tml#ffdown

Note that to use the 2.2.2 version of FFmpeg linked to there, you must update to the current version of Audacity from http://audacityteam.org/download/windows.
