"popping" noises occur randomly in my cuts.

In some, and only some, of my songs, "popping" noises occur. Does anyone else have this issue and/or how can I prevent them from occurring or remove them. I've tried the option "Click Removal" to no avail.

I am running Windows 7 and Audacity 2.0.6.

I am attaching an example of some of the "popping" I'm referring too.

Found it (attached). See those tiny straight vertical lines in the middle of the picture. That's a data dropout. Normal audio doesn't have vertical lines like that. So somewhere the system isn't keeping up with the data stream you're making with your microphone and just forgetting tiny segments of sound.

Are you sending a USB microphone through a hub with other equipment? That can create problems.
