Unable to download LAME

Please state which version of Windows you are using,
and the exact three-section version number of Audacity from "Help menu > About Audacity".
Audacity 1.2.x and 1.3.x are obsolete and no longer supported. If you still have those versions, please upgrade at https://www.audacityteam.org/download/.

Unable to download LAME
As the subject says, all download links provided on the FAQ pages, etc. lead to a website that does not appear to be up. If I'm doing something wrong, please let me know, otherwise I just wanted to let you guys know, hopefully the problem will be resolved shortly.

It's likely to have been a temporary glitch.
The site is working now, but it is slow. I'm guessing that is due to a huge surge of traffic following the release of Audacity 2.1.0
