You can start by telling us what kind of microphone it is and the information in the pink band above.

It is not the problem with the mic, I finally was able to record, but I don't know how to work those controls .Were would i find that info, I want to be able to talk and recor music at the same time, I don't know how to do that.

Do you mean you want to record yourself talking into your mic while recording music at the same time? Where is the music playing? Is it a song playing in Windows Media Player? The best way is to record the music (or import the song file) into Audacity, then record your talk into the mic while you play the music in Audacity.
