First of all - I am a new member and very much appreciate being able to learn from this forum....so thank you.
I suggested downloading Audacity and the person has gotten stymied right at the beginning as the .wma format is not recognized. (Recorded on the Olympus DS2)
I am fairly certain Aucacity is loaded on a Windows 7 desktop.

Audacity will import several common sound file formats, but to greatly expand the list, load the FFMpeg software (scroll down).
