Is there a way to scroll the effects list with my mouse wheel on the Windows version of Audacity?
It works on my mac with no problem but not at all on Windows.

On Windows you can type the first letter of the effect that you want and the list will scroll down to the first effect that begins with that letter. Repeated presses of that key will scroll to the next effect that begins with that letter.
