Unable to import AAC files? [SOLVED]

I "successfully" installed ffmpeg v2.2.2 and located the "avformat-55.dll" file in Audacity's library preferences. I believe I
followed the instructions carefully but still can't import an AAC file into Audacity. Maybe somebody can point out where
I messed up in the following steps that I used. Attached is a copy of the diagnistic log file that is over my head.

1. Edit -> Preferences -> Libraries.
2. Click on "FFmpeg library" download button.
3. Click on "Download" under "Windows" heading.
4. Click on "ffmpeg-win-2.2.2.exe" -> Save.
5. Close Audacity.
6. Browse to save location -> double-click on the downloaded file,
"ffmpeg-win-2.2.2.exe" -> Run -> OK -> Next -> Next. Choose
default location:

C:Program Files (x86)ffmpeg for Audacity

7. Next -> Install.
8. Finish -> re-launch Audacity.
9. Edit -> Preferences -> Libraries.
10. Click on "FFmpeg Library" Locate button.
11. Browse -> navigate to and double-click on "avformat-55.dll"
in the following location:

C:Program Files (x86)FFmpeg for Audacity

12. OK -> OK.

FFmpeg v2.2.2 is for Audacity 2.0.6.
You are still using Audacity 2.0.5 which uses an older version of FFmpeg.

Audacity 2.0.6 is available here: http://audacityteam.org/download/
