I just had my computer upgraded from Win XP to Win 7. Before the upgrade, I could record audio with Audacity with no problems at all regardless of the source of the recording. Now with this same computer that has been upgraded to Win 7 and nothing else changed, when I hit the record button, I get the message "Error while opening sound device. Please check the input device settings and the project sample rate." I have no idea what this means and what I need to do to fix the problem. Can anyone help me? Thanks.

Re: Can't record with Windows 7
When people say that, they usually mean "I can't record from YouTube any more." Yes. Win7 made it more difficult to do that.[regardless of the source of the recording.
