Help for Audacity on Windows.

Music In My Recording

hi there, i need some help, now when i record, i hear the music (as if it's an instrumental) in my recording, i know what you're thinking, yeah he has his headphones too loud but no, this only happens on a certain laptop i use, and in 2 different microphones. i've updated the driver but no luck, i will give you a sample of what i mean..

basically it's like when you use stereo mix to record stuff playing off of your system, but in my recordings

You will need to describe your setup in detail.
Where is that music playing?
What equipment are you using and how is it all connected?
What settings in Audacity?
What settings in the Windows Sound Control Panel?
