Move selection without changing the length

Help for Audacity on Windows.

Move selection without changing the length

is it possible to shift a selection, keeping the length the same?
i want to use it to find good loops from a song

Theory has it you can use the time entry windows at the bottom of the window. Select Start for the first one and Length for the second.
