Can i record my guitar amp with 2 mics

So I have a interface with two spots for mics, so can I record them both at the same time with audacity?
Depending on the interface (part numbers and names are good) yes. Record stereo and the microphones will split left and right. Some interfaces will allow you to individually adjust each microphone, some not.
