With my budget equip. this is a easy, better than average recording. How to get rid of the final hiss?

Audacity has a Noise Removel "effect". The idea is to feed-in a noise "fingerprint" (Noise Profile) of noise only, and then apply the filter (effect). Here are the details.
With very low-level background hiss (or any constant low-level background noise) you can usually get excellent results. You may have to experiment with the settings for optimum results, or you may decide it's best left as-is. Sometimes there are trade-offs. You can get artifacts and sometimes "the cure can be worse than the disease."
