Win XP x86 SP3 install/run error[SOLVED]

I've installed the latest version of Audicity 3 times, but every time it attempts to end install I get:

Unable to execute file:
C:Program FilesAudicityaudicity.exe

CreateProcess failed; code 14001.
This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.

I have it installed on a second PC running the same O/S and SP3, but on this computer (the one I'm having issues with) it won't install correctly nor run either

when I click on the icon I get:

I tried before, but gave up and uninstalled it and just used my other PC to edit my music.
I would like to have Audicity on this computer so I can have better sound quality (that my other computer lacks, lol).

Any help on this would greatly be welcomed.
