Problem seen in 2.0.2 and 2.0.3, don't know about earlier.
1 Open more than one project.
2 Use Analyze, Contrast in one of them, selecting anything.
3 Then close that project.
4 Then use Analyze, Contract in the other. The dialog does not come up. Seems I must restart Audacity to make it work again.
Step 2 seems necessary to reproducing the problem.

I don't seem to be able to reproduce that problem.
Are you leaving the Contrast window open when you close the project? If so, are you sure that the contrast window is not hidden behind another window?
