didn't have enough room to tell the problem


I am having ISSUES with syncing mp3s created in Audacity to portable devices in Windows Media Player!!! it just generates "Error" message!!! with no additional information attached to the error message!!!

the mp3s that were created in Audacity that cause this issue are mp3s that a custom nyquist plug-in was used on the audio!!!


I do have lame for Audacity

Are other files from the same drive failing to sync to the portable device?

The exact file names of the exported MP3's?

The project rate of the exported MP3's?

The bit rate of the exported MP3's (check at File > Export then click "Options...")?

The name of the "custom nyquist plug-in? Who customised it?
