set using a mixer with usb connection

Just got a a new mixer, and it has a usb connection i have looked ever where for the step step set up using XP for use with a a mixer or usb turntable any help would be appr… thankx

im using this mixer

it already has the usb output to my laptop. When i connected everything the laptop recongized the usb when i open audacity to try and record i got a flat line im sure theres more the set upthen plug and play

STEVE I THINK THAT MAY HELP WILL CHECK IT WHEN I GET HOME …MY ONLY OTHER ? IS SHOULD USE THE USB OUTPUT ON THE MIXER OR JUST USE THE RECORD OUTPUT ( I HAVE THE WIRES TO CONVERT)
