I am new to this program... When i look at the sound file there is a Dark Blue wavelength and a lighter blue wavelength insid eth edark blue.

Is there a way i can seperate the two and have one on the top line and the other on the second line.

It's not two sounds, it's just two ways of representing the same sound.
The dark blue shows the "peak" level of the sound and the light blue shows the "average" (RMS) level of the sound.
