Audacity Forum

Hi guys,

I'm having some trouble converting my audacity files into mp3 files. I have the LAME encoder but everytime I try to convert the audacity file to an MP3 file I get the message: "Could not open MP3 encoding library." Can anybody in this forum give me a clear and precise step by step way of converting my audacity files into mp3 files properly? Thanks a billion!

After tackling that dang encoder for about a half hour and thanks to that link you posted, my Audacity can now export MP3 files. Thank very much sir. You are a gentleman and a scholar.
