Inserting MP3 timed track breaks automatically.

Post by scallawag » Mon Jul 02, 2012 6:30 pm

Can I insert zero-length track breaks every three minutes automatically into a 4 hour MP3 audiobook file? I don't care where in the text the breaks occur, I just want to be able to create short tracks so I can navigate easily through the book, but I don't want to have to manually insert hundreds of track breaks. Sorry if this is answered somewhere, but if it is I couldn't find it. Thanks.

Use "Regular Interval Labels" (Analyze menu) to add labels where you want the "splits" to be, then use "Export Multiple" to export each labelled section as a separate file.
