the subject pretty well asks my question. for fun I like to insert files inside other files... I am not swift on computers but I try. Please help me if you can

Import all of the files that you want to use. They will be imported as separate tracks.
Select part of one track and select "Edit > Copy" (Ctrl+C).
Click somewhere in another track the "Edit > Paste" (Ctrl+V)
