I have Audacity 2.0.0
SO, I'm trying to record my mic through my mixer (Behringer DDM-4000) by using Audacity and the Numark Stereo IO usb sound card, but it is not working.
I have my speakers hooked up to the Line Output of the soundcard, and my mixer hooked up to the Line Input of my sound card. The sound card is then connected to my computer via usb. I receive sound to my speakers from my computer (as it is traveling through the usb soundcard then to my speakers), but NO sound into Audacity... All I get is white noise... The microphone mixer in Audacity is receiving a bit of a signal, but it is only white noise, nothing from my mixer.
I don't understand what is going on, someone PLEASE help!

Ensure that the Numark Stereo IO is connected to the computer and recognized by Windows before you launch Audacity.
Then open Audacity and select the USB option for both Recording (Input) and Playback (output) in the Device Toolbar.
