monitor a tapedeck
Can I monitor the Grace Tape2USB without having to record? I have alot of tapes to go through of my old band and I just want to listen first. I know that the deck has the ability to monitor but the sound is terrible.

Re: monitor a tapedeck
If you click on the red recording meters, they will, after a second, wake up and monitor your recording levels without going into record. If you have Edit > Preferences > Recording > [X] Playthrough selected, then your speakers should work, too, and the green playback meters should bounce.
This is not a good thing if you have a live microphone in the system. ...eeeEEEEEEEEEEEE!
