Hi, really new to this and not a techno!
Need to do voice recording with music in background and have managed this but voicesounds like poor quality recording, underwater kind of noise, on and off, and goes bassy at times, is there an effect I can use to clean up voice quality?

My guess is that you are recording using the in-built microphone and sound card on your Windows 7 laptop computer and it sounds rubbish?

Do you have Skype running in the background?
