audacity 2 won't start

I have just installed audacity 2 on a acer travelmate 250 with windows xp pro sp3. I downloaded it from filehippo.com so it's the audacity-win-2.0.exe file.
as soon as I start it, it appears an error, it says (translated from italian version) 'impossible to start the specified application. app configuration is not correct. a new installation could solve the problem'.
I have installed it again but it doesnt work, the windows installation is just as new, i have installed only drivers and ccleaner
what can I do?

PS, the error code is: CreateProcess failed; code 14001 as you see the following .jpg, this appears the first time I try to run audacity, next times still won't work, but the error code is not indicated

We always recommend downloading from the official download site: http://audacityteam.org/download/
