hi gang
i heard u can use audicity to downloading stuff from places like youtube..how do u do this?

It won't do a thing to the video, but it will slow down the audio.

If you manage to capture a YouTube video, split apart the video and sound tracks and open the track in Audacity. You can use the "Change" tools.

Effect > Change Tempo.
Effect > Change Pitch.
Effect > Change Speed.
