Importing from Itunes

Please state which version of Windows you are using,
and the exact three-section version number of Audacity from "Help menu > About Audacity".
Audacity 1.2.x and 1.3.x are obsolete and no longer supported. If you still have those versions, please upgrade at https://www.audacityteam.org/download/.

Importing from Itunes
I am a new user with windows 7. I am having trouble importing my songs from itunes to audacity. I have looked at the directions and other feed back to no avail. I am doing something wrong. Can anybody guide me through a step by step process? I need to do some editing of songs. Piece songs together for medleys, transpose, and the like. Thanks Johnny
