After downloading the application, and the program trys to open, I get the message: "This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem".
I have downloaded and reinstalled the program three times with the same results. Any suggestions?? I have Windows XP SP3 with 4gb ram with no other known problems with my hardware. I am on a firewalled network. Thanks for any assistance.
I have been using V1.2 and 1.3beta and they are terrific!
