Flat Line

I’ve been using Audacity for over 5 years recording streaming audio but now it’s not picking up any signal. Windows 7 E MU 1212 latest Audacity. E MU s interface is working normal showing signal Audacity selections are WINDOWS WASAPI, WAVE (2-E MU E-DSP Audio Processor (WDM), 2 (Stereo) Recording Channels, Speakers (2-E MU E DSP Audio Processor (WDM). When i click on Audacity “Help” / Diagnostics / Audio Device Info it says “Recording Volume is Native”. It’s odd I haven’t figured this out yet (about 3 weeks) Your input is appreciated.
.

You need to select WASAPI (loopback) for the device where the sound is coming-out.

It’s all internal. I’m recording cap radio.org.
