Hi,
I'm using Audacity 2.4.2, but I can upgrade to the latest if needed. I also have Windows 10.

Any way to reduce noise from this? I already took out some fuzz, ambient noise and such. Any way to clean this up? The noise only happens during talking and not during pauses.

I don't think it is possible to make significant improvements to the audio quality of that recording.
