Hello,
My name is Steve. I'm brand new to both Audacity and this forum.
I'm having a problem downloading a plug in called "Noise Gate" to Audacity. When I attempted this, I was taken to the following message which starts out as follows...
"This effect requires the entire audio selection to be loaded into RAM".
I'm confused. Has something changed? What's going on? Please help.
I'm using Windows 10 as my OS. I"m also using Audacity ver. 3.0.2. Thanks for your help.
All the best.

Re: Noise Gate Question
You don't need to download "Noise Gate". The latest version is already included in Audacity 3.0.2: https://manual.audacityteam.org/man/noise_gate.html
