Hi, I've just updated my audacity to 3.0.2 for windows. But it seems that Analyze -> Label Sounds is not functioning as expected.
Having selected a track and hit "label sounds", I didn't change any default setting and hit OK as is showed in the follwing screenshshot:
Then this popped out:
followed by a debug output:
This result was always the same, no matter how I adjusted the controls including Threshold level (dB),Threshold measurement, minimum silience duration, label type, etc.
I've also selected a 1-minute clip instead of a complete track and tried labeling sounds, but that didn't work either.
So what is "error: unbound function - DB-TO-LINEAR" supposed to mean?
What seems to be the problem?
How can we fix this?

Re: “label sounds” fuction constantly reports "unbound function" error
DB-TO-LINEAR is a function in the Nyquist library, and is a standard part of Audacity.
I think I've seen this error once before, a very long time ago. I'll see if I can find it.

Wow, I surprised myself.
Yes this has happened once before - in 2011
It turned out to be an installation error, so...
