Record streaming audio direct from soundcard - not speakers
How do I record streaming audio from the soundcard? I've tried various settings... the audio begins to record but then goes to zero after 2 seconds.

Re: Record streaming audio direct from soundcard - not speakers
Win10... I tried downloading the mp3... I get the mp3 link but won't let me download it... "accessdenied"... Spinitron audio.
Since I can't download the mp3, I'd like to record the streaming audio from a web page...

The "WASAPI loopback" method is usually the most reliable. See: https://manual.audacityteam.org/man/tut ... _recording

Thanks, I did WASAPI loopback also but got the same issue...
Re: Record streaming audio direct from soundcard - not speakers
By "the same issue", I assume that you mean that the recording goes to silence.
That "could" be caused by Windows Sound "Enhancements".
See here for how to turn off Windows Sound Enhancements: https://manual.audacityteam.org/man/faq ... hancements
