MP3 import failure

Hi,

  1. Whenever I try to upload a MP3 file, I get message as attached.
  2. Not sure how can I make my MP3 files work?
    OR
  3. How can I download FFmpeg files?

Download and run [u]ffmpeg-win-2.2.2.exe[/u] to install it.

Audacity doesn’t normally use FFmpeg to open or export MP3s but your file(s) might not really be MP3 or they might be “imperfect” MP3s so FFmpeg is worth a try and it doesn’t hurt to have it (for other formats).
