Is it possible to change your voice to another voice or change a voice in a good way?

As a fuzzy rule, no. The problem isn't changing the pitch, it's that all the parts of your voice don't change. I use the silly example of a large man and my kid sister whispering at you. You would not necessarily be able to tell who was who, but the instant they actually talked, it would be obvious who was speaking. So the software would have to be able to manage that.

There are packages which can do a reasonable job voice changing, but not from Audacity.

"Make me sound like an announcer" is a common request.

There is an addition problem of theater. You may sound like a large male announcer, but you still use the same words in the same way as my Aunt Tilly, the original voice.

And here's another one.

He's doing cartoon voices, but the real human voices he did are pretty good.
