What's this with the import again? The program doesn't help. The file is easily played. Audacity version 3.0.2 (release)

If you have "FFmpeg for Audacity" installed, try selecting "FFmpeg compatible files" in the Import filter.

FFmpeg didn't help. Still the same issue.

You should move the line on the top of the list. (Edit - Preferences - Extended import) Otherwise, it won't work.
