Audacity does not clear my Recent List of opened files.
Steps to reproduce:
Launch Audacity 3.0
Click on File | Recent Files | Clear.
Exit Audacity
Re-launch Audacity 3.0.
Click on File | Recent Files.
All my recent files are still there (i.e. were NOT cleared).
