Recovered File with "orphan files"
I am unsure how to get this recovered content back after audacity crashed.

"Orphan files" are data files that Audacity finds in the temp directory that are not associated with any Audacity project.
There's not really much / anything that you can do with them. Audacity does not know where they came from. They may just be old "undo" data that failed to get cleaned up on shutdown.
With the new Audacity 3.0.0 (https://www.audacityteam.org/download/windows/), there are no separate data files, so this issue can no longer occur.
